Description
Slumber was built on a familiar hop base, then given a New Zealand twist. We love the classic combo of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, but for this batch we swapped Citra for Nelson. The result is a hazy IPA with that familiar stone fruit character layered with Nelson’s white wine and weedy edge. Slumber pours bright hazy yellow with tight, lingering bubbles. The nose bursts with peach and apricot, backed by white grape and ripe mango. The sip is lighter than our usual fuller hazies, delivering flavours of red berries, tropical fruit punch, and fresh peaches. It finishes dry, smooth, and incredibly refreshing. Supremely satisfying from first taste to the last.
