Born from friendship and a shared passion for the art of barrel-aging, this collaboration with PINTA Barrel Brewing unites the warmth of Jamaican rum, the elegance of Heaven Hill bourbon, and the depth of time itself. Rum barrels bring lush esters of molasses, flambéed banana, and tropical caramel. Both a Belgian quadrupel base beer and a high-ABV stout matured in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels—layering vanilla, oak spice, and a refined spirit character over rich chocolate and malt depth. The result is a decadent blend where rum’s tropical sweetness meets bourbon’s smooth, oaky embrace. Silky, full-bodied, and warming—crafted for those who savor the finer side of winter.
