Smoothie Sequence #4: Papaya, Orange & Guava The fourth edition of Smoothie Sequence continues our move into Vanilla Ice Cream Sour territory. Just like #3, we’ve added soft-serve style milk powder to give the beer a creamy, rounded texture without overpowering the fruit. This time though, the fruit combo heads in a softer, more tropical direction. Papaya brings a mellow, almost melon-like sweetness that sets the tone. Guava adds a slightly tangy, floral edge while orange brightens the whole thing with a burst of citrus. The mix is juicy and layered, but never too sharp. Philly Sour keeps the acidity gentle and well-integrated, making this one smooth and easy without losing structure. It’s bold on fruit, soft on the finish!
