Description

A fresh take on a classic Belgian-style berry beer. We prepared a blend of our 13th wooden tank and a year of pure Brettonomyces-fermented beer in a tank, into which we added fresh raspberries in a ratio of 1/5 for several months. The watermelon-pink beer has a spicy raspberry aroma with a slightly overripe berry heaviness. On the tongue, this intrusive pairing is joined by the tanginess of wild berries with fresh acidity and a hint of raspberry seeds. Very light with a refreshing raspberry aftertaste.
