Description
Dark, smooth, oily, massive, full-bodied imperial stout aged 13 months in Irish Whiskey Barrel. The dark depths of the ASW Fiddler Irish Whiskey cask captivated us and layered a subtle malt sweetness, hints of vanilla and a light oak aroma, balanced with notes of caramel, toffee and a delicate spicy character reminiscent of classic Irish whiskey, while retaining the depth of bourbon. Let the cask speak for itself. Lusca is sea monster from Carribean, half shark, half giant octopus with sharped teeth and deadly tentacles. Hand-waxed, brewed with passion and patience, this is liquid dessert in a glass. This is why we brew!
