New Brewery alert: Emporium Microbrewery
new at de biersalon: emporium from quebec
A new brewery to discover! We are welcoming Emporium Microbrasserie from Quebec, Canada, to our selection. A brewery where curiosity and a love for diverse beer styles come together. Get to know this new name at De Biersalon and discover which beers you want to try.
from quebec to your beer glass
Emporium is located in Charlesbourg, a borough of Quebec City. The brewers draw their inspiration from both European and American beer traditions. Sometimes they look for new flavors and combinations, other times they focus on the roots of a classic beer style. This variety makes it an interesting brewery for enthusiasts who like to look beyond their regular favorites.
New ingredients, different brewing techniques, and collaborations are given plenty of space at Emporium. At the same time, there remains a focus on the styles upon which those ideas are based.
a meeting place for beer and ideas
The name Emporium refers to the marketplaces of antiquity, where people, ideas, and flavors came together. For the brewery, it is a fitting name for a place where beer lovers can discover new creations.
The raven in the logo also fits this theme. It represents, among other things, curiosity, knowledge, and exploring the unknown. A nice thought when opening a beer from a brewery you don’t know yet.
