how quickly will my order be dispatched?

Order on weekdays, dispatched within 24 hours. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking details by email. See our shipping information for dispatch schedules and any exceptions.

how are the beers packed?

We use sturdy shipping boxes to help your beers arrive safely. Careful packing for shipping is one of our specialities.

what makes de biersalon different?

At De Biersalon, you will find 1,500+ craft beers, an average of 100 new beers every week and expert advice. We select beers from breweries around the world: from popular IPAs to rich barrel-aged stouts and fruited sours.

do you always have new beers?

Yes, we add new beers to our webshop almost daily. These are not added at fixed times. On average, 100 new beers arrive every week, so there is always something new to discover.

can i place a pre-order?

Yes, you can pre-order many new releases through WhatsApp. This allows you to reserve your favourite beers before they appear in the webshop. Our pre-order page explains how it works.

do you also sell alcohol-free beers?

Yes, we have a changing selection of alcohol-free and low-alcohol craft beers. Explore our alcohol-free and low-alcohol beers here.

can i collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order free of charge from our shop in Echt, the Netherlands. Select collection at checkout. You will receive a collection confirmation once your order is ready.

how do i find beers that suit my taste?

We are happy to help. Our craft beer knowledge allows us to advise you on flavour, beer style and brewery. Visit our shop or send us a message for expert advice.

what happens if a beer is out of stock?

If a beer you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, such as an alternative or a refund.

how can i stay informed about new releases?

how old do i need to be to order?

You must be aged 18 or over to order alcohol. Your age will be checked upon delivery or when you collect your order from our shop. Please have valid identification ready.

can i return my order?

For an online purchase, you generally have 14 days from the day after receipt to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. If you receive one order in several parts, this period begins on the day after you receive the last part. For an online order collected from our shop, the period begins on the day after collection.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products by post or hand them in at our shop. You bear the direct costs and risk of return shipping.
