The story of Squatters Craft Beers began in 1989 in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Founders Jeff Polychronis and Peter Cole wanted to bring the brewpub culture of the northwestern United States to their own city. Their initiative grew into one of the early names in the Utah craft beer scene.
