Description
Hypocrite is a Long Boiled Double Mashed Russian Imperial Stout - a modern take on the strong Russian Imperial Stouts of England. Fermented with an English Ale Yeast, and laid to rest in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 39 months. Flavors of chocolate, liquorice and dark fruits intertwine with the complexity of the yearslong aging in Bourbon Barrels with notes of vanilla, coconut and charred oak. Brewed in April 2022.
