IMPERIAL STOUT – AGED IN BRANDY AND COGNAC BARRELS - 12% There are beers that are not made in a hurry. Lunes and plums is born from time, silence and patience. For a year, this imperial stout has rested in barrels that had contained brandy and cognac, absorbing their soul, memory and depth. When the passage of time has done its job, we added plums macerated in brandy for three months, letting the beer and the fruit meet slowly, without forcing anything. The result is dense, dark and full of nuances: notes of ripe fruit, liquor, wood and a warmth that grows with each sip. It is a beer that speaks of long nights and moments that demand calm. Of letting the hours pass while everything finds its place. A beer born from the darkness, refined by time.
