#SELECT - PEACHARINE (2026)

This past spring we had the great pleasure of selecting New Zealand hops from our friends at Freestyle hops! This process is essential to our hoppy beer program, as it allows us to choose unique and delectable lots of hops you won't get to taste anywhere else. This year we finally selected for Peacharine! This is a very new hop on the scene with modest acreage. It is also in high demand so until very recently we haven’t been able to select for it because at first, there was only one lot, then there wasn’t enough for us to contract enough to meet minimum volumes for selecting. But we finally have made it to selection! The lots all smelled lovely this year, but one in particular jumped off the table and gave us the peachy, nectarine, slightly dank delectable hop bomb that we were looking for in this variety.
