Dig Deep #16 Peacharine

Following the success of the Dig Deep series, this time we’re putting the vibrant, fruity character of the New Zealand hop Peacharine at the centre of the experience! On the nose, ripe peach takes the lead with an intense, expressive aroma. Underlying notes of lemon and orange add freshness and a layer of citrus complexity, bringing extra vibrancy to the overall profile. On the palate, peach once again takes centre stage, complemented by citrus notes that bring balance and lightness. Subtle hints of mint emerge in the background. The result is a fruity, refreshing profile with a combination of flavours that keeps you coming back for another sip. A beer that dives deep into the potential of Peacharine, exploring its unique combination of intense peach character and vibrant citrus fruit!
