Description
A Hazy DIPA with Motueka, NZ Cascade, Galaxy & Vic Secret. "I think of Motueka as a star on its own or as a carrier for other hops. In this case, Motueka lays the foundation, so I can sprinkle in some interesting hops that I possibly wouldn't use alone or in a large portion of the hop bill. Here we have 50% of the hop bill being Motueka, with the rest consisting of equal percentages of NZ Cascade, Galaxy, and Vic Secret."
