Shamrock Barrel Aged

Shamrock Barrel Aged is Lough Gill's second 2-year special release for St. Patrick's Day 2026. We kept tasting these barrels, and the more we tasted them over time, the more we knew this beer was developing a lovely coffee aroma that perfectly matched our initial concept of an Imperial Breakfast Stout. So, we decided to go all-in on this batch and added an extra infusion of freshly roasted and ground coffee from our friends at The Good Bean, and the result was just right. Elegant, roasted, and rich are the best terms to describe Shamrock Barrel Aged Imperial Breakfast Stout. Once again, worth the 2-year wait.
