We filled our first Barrel Project in 2018 and now we’ve just bottled our 100th release. But there’s no time for nostalgia, our oak game is forever strong, here comes Bourbon & Bourbon & Bourbon. The sticky-toffee barleywine base, aged for 3.5 years in a bourbon barrel, finally met its destiny in the form of Brazilian Yellow Bourbon coffee and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The earlier version of this release was among the very first in the Barrel Project lineup, but one sip of this and you’ll know, we’ve come a long way. And on a more serious note, we also know that the sky is the limit. Or our imagination. Or there's no limit at all.
