Description

A slightly more mature edition of the Chardonnay Blue with aromas of apricot, peach, apple, and pear, naturally complemented by secondary notes such as cream, toast, cedar, butter, apple cake, and vanilla. On the palate, the refreshing acidity also stimulates fresher flavors of lemon and yogurt to complement the complex aromatic palette. A beautiful balance between creaminess and fresh acidity that contributes to a long finish. Food pairing: Pan-fried plaice fillet with lemon cream sauce. Creamy veal stew with leeks and carrots.
